In reply to Your Excellency's letter of Yesterday I have the honor to state that I make no further objection to the Temporary Military Works at Napier's Range, and have only to point out that no arrangement of this nature will be allowed to stand in the way of the final decision of Her Majesty's Government as to the permanent disposal of the Kowloon peninsula.
