2. Of copper coins of one cent, 100 to the Dollar, of the same fineness as the E.I. Company's

cent coined in 1845,

which is stated to be a

convenient currency.

3. Of silver 10 cent pieces, to be coined

of inferior purity to British sterling, in order that their weight may be brought up to 1/10th

of a Dollar (or between 41.2 & 42 grains) which seems to be considered by the Government

as

a matter of importance.
