Pirates and which shall not

enter a claim (form My) thereto by giving notice to the Registrar, and also to the Proctor for the Crown, setting forth the particulars of such claim, and annexing thereto

Exhibits, or copies and translations
thereof, which
may
be necessary to establish the identity and Ownership of the property, But no such claim shall be heard
unless entered at least seven clear days
before the day fixed for the hearing of the claim to condemnation entered by the Proctor for the Crown, nor unless at the time of entry security shall be given to the satisfaction of the Registrar,

If the claimant or claimants
shall prove to the satisfaction of the
Judge that he
or they is or are the true
Owners of any property taken from Pirates the Judge shall order restitution thereof
to be made on the claimant or claimants
paying all expenses connected therewith and also, in lieu of salvage not less than one eighth part of the true value of the property, and such Salvage shall
be disposed of in the manner directed by law.
Seventh - Should any
such claimant or
claimants as aforesaid fail to Establish his or their claim, he or they shall be
liable to pay all costs occasioned by
