I have received your despatch N. 3 of the 12th January last relating to the application of the Frauenverein of Berlin to be released from the payment of the ground rent on a piece of land purchased by that Institution from the Government of Hongkong and I have informed Count Von Bernstoff, the Prussian Minister at London.
