Mr. Ladendorff, on however, I believe, reporting the arrangement to the Society in Berlin received instructions not to dispose of the lot purchased as it was possible that the decision of the local government regarding the rent might be overruled by your Grace; and so the matter has remained unsettled until now.
As regards the cost of the passages for the two young women the amount - about £200 - will be remitted to the Agents General in London, and
