11. An Estimate of the probable cost for annual establishment of permanent communication with the Lighthouse and Light Vessel for the purpose of supply of Stores etc., irrespective of any assistance that may be proposed to be given for that purpose by the Naval Authorities.
12. An Estimate of the probable cost, per annum for the Repairs of Lighthouse and Buildings.
13. An Estimate of the probable cost per annum for the Repairs of the Light Vessel.
Some of the lighting Stores necessary for the exhibition of the Lights will have to be sent from this Country. But I am to request that the Governor may be instructed to ascertain whether they can be obtained in China suitable for the purposes of a light-house, and if so, of what description and at what cost.
