The required information should be given under the following heads viz?

1. An Estimate of the cost of portions of the works of the lighthouse and Dwellings as would have to be executed on the spot, distinctly specifying the work estimated for.

2. An Estimate of the cost of the Furniture or other requisites necessary to make the dwellings habitable for the Lightkeepers and party to be stationed at the Lighthouse.

3. A statement of the number of the Lightkeepers & other persons to be stationed at the Lighthouse, distinguishing Europeans from Natives of other countries.

4. A Statement of the proposed wages of the above men.

5. An Estimate of the cost per annum of provisions and fuel for the above party, inclusive of the probable cost of the supply of water.

6. An Estimate of the cost of a Light vessel completely fitted, to be constructed of hard wood and of the size and scantling of the Trinity House plan, of which is forwarded.

The moorings, however, the Light Apparatus and the Copper for the vessel's bottom, which would be sent from England, should not be included in this Estimate; & the plan & Estimate for the internal fittings should be altered so as to be suitable to the climate, and to the requisite number of Officers and Crew.

The Plans forwarded are those for clarification ~closed.
