I am directed by the Secretary Sir George Lewis to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 20th Ultimo respecting the case of Henry P. Arce Codd an Insane Outrage at Hong Kong; and I am to acquaint you that under all the Circumstances, Sir George Lewis will give directions for his removal and detention in a Lunatic Asylum in this Country upon his being sent home for that purpose.
