The usual instructions to recognize Potters was issued to the Oldenburg Consul if the
A dispatch has been received from him on the subject. The same Gentleman appeared as Hanoverian Consul, and it may therefore be safely inferred that there is no objection to the issue of the Exequatur to him at Oldenburg.
I presume, however, that the Govt. had better be told to see to it, as the H. O. should be informed.
