Sir,

I am directed by the Secretary of State to request you to move the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to order two Passages at the Contract Route to Hong Kong, in the 2nd Cabin, on board the Peninsular & Oriental Mail Steam Packet, which will leave Southampton on the 20th of October for two Ladies, named Annalia Heidrick and Maria Sev.

The whole cost of this passage will be paid at the Contract Rate by the Public.
