I have the honour to request Your Excellency's consideration of the following circumstances. On the 19th instant two prisoners Bhaukah and Gooranditta, the latter being a corporal and the former a Private in the 8th Punjab Regiment, were tried for the murder of a Chinaman at Ichun Isa Wye.
