China concluded at Peking in October last; copy of the Treaty of Tientsin of the year 1855, and of the Protocol and rules, which form part of the said Treaty.
I hope to be able very shortly to take steps for completing the transfer to Your Majesty of that portion of the Kowloon Peninsula which has been ceded to the British Crown by the Emperor of China.
