332
22nd March last, which was replied to by Your Grace in Despatch No 47 of 9th June following.
In accordance with the instructions conveyed in Your Grace's reply, this Ordinance has been framed, and I am happy to say that not only has it passed the Legislative Council without a dissentient voice, but that it appears to be well received by the general Community, and even by the Press itself.
I therefore trust that Your Grace will see no objection to its approval and Confirmation by Her Most Gracious Majesty.
I have the honor to be,
My Lord Duke,
Your Grace's Most Obedient Servant,
Robert W. Eeleson.
