Substitution Beyond Singapore of an Office of Hong Kong Post Officers for the Admiralty Agents at present employed.
I am to add that
the proposal of Sir H. Ponsonby seems to this Office calculated to
expedite the duty of
increase the efficiency of
the Mail service within that
Colony not only but in the various ports
of the China Seas, and with deserving on pariable
Consideration.
