was Insane at the time he
committed the act charged._ Whereupon I issued
my
Warrant directed to the
Governor of the Gaol, commanding him to detain Henry Piper Macbodd in strict custody until Her Majesty's pleasure
can be known in accordance
with the provisions of the Statute 39&40 G. 3, c.94.
