I have sent at 4pm, herewith, the copy of a letter from Headquarters, the Lords of the Admiralty, to whom this Ordinance has been referred,
and I have to call attention to what is stated by their Lordships with reference to the scale of Fees established by the Ordinance.
You will be good enough to keep an account of the receipts accruing from these Fees, with a statement of the amount and an Estimate of the expenses for which they are applicable to the Service.
