I have laid your official answer of this date before His Excellency The Governor who considers it most unsatisfactory.
You acknowledge now to have received 4 Brokers' Licenses and $100 on account of a fifth, but in your answer to My Query No 2 You make no mention of more than one Achoo's.
I have again to call on you to refund the deficiency ($1000) into the Treasury by noon tomorrow.
