the Law relating to Newspapers.
Be it enacted, that on and after the ... day of ... next, no person shall print or publish, or cause to be printed or published, any Newspaper or any Pamphlet or other paper containing any public news, intelligence or occurrences, or remarks or observations thereon, until he shall have entered into a Bond, before the Registrar of the Supreme Court, together with two sufficient sureties, to the satisfaction of such Registrar
