I have the honor to forward Report and Estimate of 1860 providing for the erection of Police Stations, one at Shekkiwan, the rising fishing village, and the other at Pokfulam, a place where it is hoped that with such encouragement as this protection the proprietors of certain Farm Lots may be induced to place convenient villas, and thus afford relief to His Grace.
