I am directed by the Secretary of State to request that you will move the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to order a Passage at the Contract Rate to Hong Kong for Sir Hercules Robinson, the Governor of Hong Kong, accompanied by Mrs Robinson, one child, his Private Secretary, and one female servant, on board the mail steamer which will leave Southampton on the 4th of July.
The whole cost of this passage will be paid at the Contract Rate by Mr. Robinson.
