of an inferior Court in his favor, which proved to be erroneous, he must himself bear the

Consequences; that

mandamus had been illegal,

or the judgments

of the magistrates contrary to the spirit of the Act, Mr. Hudsons would have been aggrieved but that

he failed to show this and even if he had, the Sect of State has no power to redress

of grievances which individuals

may suffer from erroneous decisions of the regular legal tribunals.
