no ground for doubting the justice
of
the verdict and
sentence in this
Case, but that His
Grace has expressed his wish that if there
should be real
and serious
danger to the
health of the prisoner
he should be
transferred at once
to the Debtor's Jail.
His Grace has further
expressed
his opinion
that although there
be no such apparent
danger to the health
of the prisoner, still that regard being had to the general
state
of
punishment
for offenders of this description, no detriment to justice will arise from
his
being removed to the Debtors' Jail as
soon as half the
term of the sentence has expired,
