Sir,
I am directed by the Secretary of State to acquaint you, that in compliance with your application Passage at the Contract Rate to Hongkong has been ordered for yourself and party, on board the mail Steamer which will leave Southampton on the 20th Instant.
The whole expense of the passage is to be defrayed by yourself.
