I have the honor to enclose for your information a Copying letter, dated 20th ulto received from Mr. per G.elt. Livingston & to await the Chief Justice's opinion that the proprietors of hired houses should pay both Police & Lighting Rates,
and to state that the two houses hired from Brant, are let to Loverse. Vament Comable at $40 each per month.
There are three houses in the Lot, for the third is let out at $... per month;
