Your Lordships that it appears from inspection of the Accounts of the Government of HongKong for the year 1855, recently received at this office, that the Revenue

drawn from the Treasury Chest in 1855

£22,000

under the Warrant of the Governor, in addition to £2000, the unexpended Balance of the Vote of £19,000

on account of 1854,

and £10,000 granted by

the Lords Commissioners of

Her Majesty's Treasury
