In accordance with Article 178 of the Deed of Settlement of this Corporation, I have the honor to enclose a Statement of Assets and Liabilities of the Bank made up to 30th September last. In conformity with the Balance Sheet, audited by Myers, Coleman, Inquand, Youngs & Co., Public Accountants, and by John Smith Esq., and Thomas Henhouse Esquire, late of Bombay, at this Office, on the 24th day of October last.
