Duke of Newcastle. I enclose a copy of the correspondence which has taken place with Ethapman on this subject, accompanied by a copy of a Report of the Medical Officer of the Post Office in Dublin, who has examined Moshapman.
I request that you will be pleased to communicate to me, as early as possible, the Duke's decision in this case, as, in the event of Moshapman's leave not being extended, he will be required to leave England on the 4th October next.
