Sir,
I have been instructed to procure for the French Colonial Department both an Almanac in which the days are made to correspond with the Gregorian Calendar and which, it is understood, from a statement in the "Chinese Repository", a review edited at Canton, are published yearly at Calcutta and Canton.
Having failed till now.
