With reference to your Letter of the 30th June last I am directed by the Duke of Newcastle to transmit to you Copy of a despatch and its enclosures received from Her Majesty's Chargé d'Affaires in New Granada relative to the denial of exequatur to Mr. Burrows as Colombian Consul at Hongkong.
