an would request their Londelps to forward there papers to the Pungestion of Joint Hock Companies, with a view of procuring for the Guidance of the Colonial Government a copy of Some approved deed containing all the necessary provisions for the establishment of a Gas Company. His Grace would also be glad to be favoured with any observations which their Lordships may suggest as being applicable to the Establishment of such a company in a British Colony by local legislation.
