That heard referred paper ought to be sent to that gentleman (I presume through the Board of Trade) with a world of request that he furnish the Secretary of State with a copy of some apparent Deed containing provisions for the establishment of a fair Company, with any observations which his experience may suggest to him as being applicable to the establishment of such a Company in this Colony by Liquidation. The information may possibly assist the Local Authorities in bringing the project into a definite shape.
