I have laid this Ordinance before the Queen and am commanded to acquaint you that Her Majesty has been pleased to confirm it.
You will communicate Her Majesty's decision on the Ordinance to the Inhabitants of Hong Kong by Proclamation and it will be published in the most authentic manner.
