has been estimated for next year at upwards of £65,000. The excess of assets over liabilities in January next is £40,000, making a total of £105,000 available for the Service of 1860. The expenditure for the same period has been calculated at about £90,000, which will still leave a balance of about £15,000 at the close of 1860 available for the Service of future years.
3. The expenditure may be classified under two heads:
Ordinary Expenditure £50,000.
Public Works £40,000.
Total £90,000.
