My Lord Duke,
I have the honour to
report (with reference to Sir Road B. Lytton's Despatch 138 of 9th April last) that the Rev. M. Irwin, Colonial Chaplain, has refunded the full sum
£90. of Ninety Pounds, due by him to the
Naval Department and that the Agent Victualler is instructed
to pay that amount to the
Admiralty accordingly
