Stain bed and mattress, Toilet service, Chairs, and Table, Clothes - Cows, &c. for European Servant's Rooms.

Linen Presses, (2) Verandah Chairs, 6 Rattan, 6 Bamboo.

Bath Rooms 4 Baths, Wash Stand, Clothes Stands, Patent Water Closet, Additional, Linen Rooms, Grass Cloth

It is emerging to Damask furniture, arrangements of Wine Bins, Cellars &c.

proposed to purchase as many of these articles at once as necessary.

they can be procured and to supply the remainder gradually of a suitable and substantial kind.

The special instructions of His Excellency the Governor will be obtained as to the necessity, or otherwise, for all the articles enumerated above, and as some of these may be modified or otherwise be made or not.

I consider it advisable merely to submit an approximate Estimate, or amount of what may be required, the several articles as purchased being fully detailed in the pay lists as usual.
