I am directed by the Secretary of State to transmit to you for the information of the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury the copy of a despatch from the Governor of Hong Kong forwarding the returns of charges not covered by the Estimates for the quarters ended 31st March and 30th June '58 as requested in your letter to this Department of the 2nd of August last.
