I have the honour to report that a sum of £10 has been refunded by the Reverend W. Dwin, Colonial Chaplain, to the Admiralty for his passage by the mail Steamer, in accordance with instructions conveyed in despatch from the Right Honourable Sir Edward Bulwer Lytton, dated 9th April last.
