that with the exception of the "Water Supply", "Dead House" and "boundary walls", the whole of the services he desires
may be executed for the sum of £200.
And should His Excellency approve of that Expenditure I may probably be allowed to proceed with the work at once, and prepare the requisite Report and Estimate subsequently so as to avoid any further delay.
I forward the plans shewing the intended disposition of the buildings and the alterations proposed.
