I am directed by the Secretary of State to inform you for the information of the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty, with reference to my letter of the 20th of April, that the Agent General for Crown Colonies has been authorised to pay to the Paymaster of Naval Services, from a sum of money now in course of remittance to him from the Colony of Hongkong, the amount of £28-0-1 due on account of the late Morgans Passage in 1857.
