Order in Council providing for the exercise of Jurisdiction over British subjects Japan and that you (Jowitt, with the Attorney General) inform Solicitor General Queen's Advocate his Grace, whether in the view you agree taken by Mr Kingsmill, the Acting Attorney General for Hong Kong and whether, if so, you think the order in Council sufficient as it stands, or whether any further provisions should be added in a supplementary order in Council in order to give the Court of Hong Kong the power necessary for carrying the first order into full effect
