possibility of the admission of a Notary Public to general practice before
the Supreme Court.
A short Ordinance was framed and advantage was then taken of the opportunity to defer
the vacation of the Court one month later in the year, changing it from August to September.
This was in accordance with the wishes
of the entire legal body, and of the Acting Chief Justice.

Barristers was unanimously rejected by the Council.
