26th March last, I have the honor to

Services - Military
and Civil with the usual Document
in cases
required by Colonial Regulations of application for pension or Superannuation Allowance.
I entered the Military Service
in November 1813 and the Civil Service
of this Colony on 14th May 1841. My first appointment
was
