I do myself the honor to
transmit to you for the information of The Honorable The Acting Governor,
Copy of a letter containing certain
suggestions for the improvement of the Postal Service in this Colony,
and
for
facilitating the delivery to the public of the Correspondence arriving by the Mails from Europe ; - the two measures by which I propose to make such improvements it will be seen have been already brought
