of similar Reports to inform you that permission was given
to two passenger ships, the "Cyclone" (British) and "Kate Hooper" (American), to clear with Free Chinese emigrants for Sydney and Melbourne, Chinese Doctors being provided, as European Surgeons were not to be procured.
