I have stated the Currency fully in 1852, and last year in my minute of 4th August 1858, handed to Mr. Strachey of the Colonial Office, and referred to in Sir Edward Lytton's Despatch now under consideration (No.54 of 25th October 1858) that I have nothing further to say on the general subject.
