I have to acknowledge the receipt of Dr. W. Caine's despatch no. 13 of 13th reporting that an action had been tried in the Supreme Court of Hong Kong in which Zou ... were sued for false imprisonment Mr. Murrow Editor of the Daily Press, and that the trial resulted in a verdict for the Defendant, the Plaintiff's Counsel giving notice to appeal to the Queen in Council.
