of the MASTER and MEMBERS of the MERCHANT
COMPANY of EDINBURGH, and now printed for distribution at the Master's expense, is gratefully
dedicated by the Author to the ancient Cor-
poration to whom it was specially addressed, in

they have thus given of their abiding interest
