Sir,

I am directed by His Excellency the Governor to inform you that a rent of six pounds and five shillings (£6.5.0) per month, payable quarterly, will be charged for the house on Harbour Master's Hill, from the day on which the Government commenced to pay rent for the building hired for the use of the Police.
