In Dispatch 107044 of 27 February last, I was informed that it was the intention

of the Colonial Government to remove from the Starbor Master's Hill, where they

Magistrate; and having, within the last few days, examined the arrangements in process of being made at the Court House with

views of carrying out the intentions stated to me in the above Dispatch, I find that these

arrangements do not include any accommodation

for myself, beyond one room for an Office,

and I am compelled in consequence to hire a

house to reside in.

I therefore respectfully request

you will be pleased to move the Lieutenant Governor that an allowance be made
