Meny/58 May . seen Capr Wattlins since this paper was written it is necessary to inform that he has been informed that, notwithstanding the preceding recommendation that the Lt Col Caine was growing that the office of Marine Magistrate should be separated from that of Harbor Master was sanctioned by Mr. Molesworth - such separation has not been effected.
The Gov. left us in the dark as to why he has not separated the Offices.
